With a foundation in strategy, consulting, and hospitality, Maria Eiduke brings over seven years of international experience to Bontrip—shaping journeys that are as intentional as they are inspiring. Originally from Lithuania, Maria has lived and worked in Spain, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, bringing a distinctly global lens to every itinerary she helps create.
Her career includes leading tourism development projects on a national scale—designing strategies for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar, contributing to Saudi Arabia’s visionary Red Sea and NEOM developments, and advising on Croatia’s National Tourism Strategy. These experiences inform her sharp understanding of how destinations can transform travelers—and vice versa.
